\nThis Erasmus+ project is a joint initiative of three organisations \u2013 an education centre from Poland and two schools from Croatia and Portugal. The two main scopes of work are in close correlation and form an interdisciplinary curriculum based on the principle of learning by doing, integrating ICT in the teaching and learning process.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.0.92″ background_layout=”light” custom_margin=”40px|||” text_orientation=”left”]<\/p>\n \nAgrupamento Jorge Correia \u2013 Tavira \u2013 Portugal<\/b><\/p>\n Agrupamento Jorge Correia is a group of schools since pre-primary to secondary education. Secondary education offered by the school covers various courses which include all areas for pursuing studies, professional and vocational courses. Besides the regular classes, many other extracurricular activities fill up school life, addressing various students\u2019 interests in science, art, technology, entrepreneurship and social work. We focus on the subjects where we see the potential to enhance students\u2019 learning through creative use of digital media, taking into account our pedagogical expertise in teaching native and foreign languages, social sciences and entrepreneurship. We are particularly interested in learning scenarios that:<\/span><\/p>\n – Encourage experimentation and play The structure of the platform reflects the above interests.<\/span><\/p>\n We first outline the <\/span>Connected learning<\/span><\/a> approach, summarising its principles and giving direct links to original publications.<\/span><\/p>\n Second, we present results of our search for concrete cases of pedagogies that can be considered <\/span>Good practice<\/span><\/a> of connecting formal and informal spheres of young people\u2019s learning with digital tools.<\/span><\/p>\n Finally, we present <\/span>New learning scenarios<\/strong> which originated in our own educational contexts and invite other teachers to try them with their students.
