This Erasmus+ project is a joint initiative of three organisations – an education centre from Poland and two schools from Croatia and Portugal. We have been inspired by the Connected Learning approach to explore cases of youth learning that is motivated by authentic interests and bridging school tasks with engagement in after school activities with the use of digital media.
