3CL was set up just in 2017, same year as our initiative, and it operates as a knowledge hub for a global network of groups, agencies, institutions, educators and activists interested in the rapid deployment of programmes for connected learning in the Commonwealth and the EU.
The Resource section is still inactive in its key part on the EU but we’ll be following forthcoming developments regularly as they promise to map the field of connected learning adoption in Europe.
